What this website collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect
When you send an event inquiry, we collect what you type into the form: your name, organization, email address, phone number, event date, guest count, type of event, budget range, what you are interested in, your message, how you heard about us, and whether you ticked the box to receive emails from us. The form also records which page of our site you first arrived on and the website that sent you there, so we know which of our listings and campaigns people find us through.
When you join our list, we collect your email address, your name if you give it, and the topics you choose.
When you apply for a job, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the role and availability you choose, how you heard about us, and your message.
When you browse the site, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. It sets cookies and collects information such as the pages you visit, how you reached the site, your general location (based on your IP address), your device and browser type, and actions such as starting a form, clicking our phone number or opening a menu. Our hosting provider, GoDaddy, also runs its own performance and visitor-measurement scripts on the site.
In your own browser, the site stores two small reminders so a notice you have closed stays closed. They stay on your device and are not sent to us.
How we use it
- To answer your inquiry, plan your event and follow up with you about it.
- To consider your job application.
- To send you news and dates, but only if you joined our list or ticked the box on an inquiry form. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe.
- To understand which pages and campaigns are working so we can improve the site.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other businesses for their own marketing.
Form submissions are delivered by email to the members of our team who handle them. We rely on service providers to run the site and our email: our website host (GoDaddy), Google (email and Google Analytics), and, if you join our list, the email service we use to send it. They handle information on our behalf.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our guests, staff or business.
Other websites
Links to online ordering and gift cards (Toast), Google Maps, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn take you to other companies' sites, which have their own privacy policies. The how-to-play video on our Bocce page only loads from YouTube after you press play.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any marketing email, or by contacting us.
- Review, correct or delete the information you sent us through this site by contacting us using the details below.
- Cookies can be blocked or deleted in your browser settings. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
- Do Not Track: the site does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Keeping it safe
The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). We keep inquiry and application details for as long as we need them to plan events, keep business records and consider applicants.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
